A KT Development, Cyprus Commons is a luxury 252-unit accessed controlled, gated apartment community located in North Houston. This master planned development is located on 20 acres of lush greens landscaped with two private lakes and romantic palm lit walkways. The luxury complex was designed with a chic 4,500 SF Resident Clubhouse, resort style swimming pool with fountains, water features, sundecks, cabanas and grills and activities areas such as the putting greens, volleyball courts and picnic areas along the lakes. The quality designed and constructed three-story homes have European styled stucco and Hardi-plank exteriors and spacious upscale interiors with state-of-the-art stainless appliances, granite countertops, luxurious bathrooms and outdoor patios and sundecks. KT Companies provided the real estate and construction management for all professional service related to this development. Completed in 1998, this master planned project cost $15 million in development and construction and involved the coordination of architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, site planners, attorneys, environmental consultants, surveyors, general contractors, subcontractors and expert sales and marketing professionals.
